Synopsis
‘Jaehee’, whose family fortune went downhill due to the financial crisis, is left alone in Seoul. ‘Jaehee’ has been idolizing Michael Jordan and is shocked by the news of his retirement. On top of that, the news of Nike discontinuing the Air Jordan series with Air 13 being the last model makes him save up money by distributing flyers as a part-time job at ‘Juliana’ club, where his childhood friend ‘Kyumin’ used to work. But he falls in love with ‘Hyeonjeong’ and spends all his money buying a cell phone for her. ‘Hyeonjeong’ forcefully gets transferred to another school when her parents find out that she has been dating. Being swept away by mixed feelings between anger and sadness, ‘Jaehee’ steals Air 13, thinking shoes are the cause of his scattered mind. ‘Jaehee’ looks at the people playing basketball on the basketball court and recalls what ‘Cheolhee’ from the record shop said. ‘Jaehee’ realizes that Air 13 does not belong to him but Jordan and puts them back at the store.
